Most parts of a car body and an engine can be repaired with the right tool and suitable products. For example, this could involve seam sealing, the repair of metal and plastic components, even securing screws or thread sealing. The products developed by Loctite and Teroson not only boast decades-long competence in the automotive sector, but also rank among the most popular brands for use by automobile repair shops or auto service centers.

Henkel is offering a new type of website with its Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (VRM) online platform Here experts can inform themselves on a variety of issues, but also gain a technical advantage vis-à-vis competitors. “Business is extremely fast-paced. Information has to be conveyed directly, quickly and in a target group-oriented manner”, says Michael Konhäusner, who is responsible for marketing and VRM at Adhesive Technologies Eastern Europe for Henkel CEE. He considers the new VRM portal as a complementary service to specialized trainings as well as a valuable source of information for professionals in the automotive industry.

Accordingly, offers useful tips on metal and plastic repairs, the correct installation and replacement of car glass and windscreens and stone chip repairs as well as support for mechanical repairs. “For example, we show via special instructions how one can repair parts which keep engines running smoothly,” Konhäusner explains. “At the same time, we provide valuable tips and tricks for the use of Loctite and Teroson products in the everyday work of automobile repair shops.” The latest news about product innovations, events and trainings round off the new online portal’s offering.
